Dont play harder, play smarter!
Metamatch ranks all the heroes against each other with a grading system to let you know whos good against who. Having trouble against a Doomfist? Simply select Doomfist in the app and itll display all of his counters. You can filter search results to show additional heroes, such as heroes that are strong or weak against Doomfist but not necessarily counters. Or check out which heroes combo well with other heroes in your team!
Hero Detail.
Hero Detail page consists of two parts. The top part allows you to view the basic information of a hero (including type, role, weakness and strength) The bottom part will render lists of heroes that have specific relationships to this selected hero. Default filters are: counter, countered, special relationship. Additional filters include: combos, strong against and weak against.
Counters & Combos.
On the specific counter/combo screen, any hero with A+ counter score or S combo score will have developers comments on how and why this counter/combo makes sense in a 5v5 fixed role match to help players improve their game sense.
Metamatch uses assets from altered Overwatch 2 screenshots. Metamatch is not associated with Activision Blizzard in any way or any other companies, its just a passion project from some nerds. The hero match-ups are based on Grandmaster and Top 500 level game experience, so results may differ in different ranks.
